No. We guide the conversation naturally. Preparation is optional.
What if someone is nervous on camera?
Being nervous on camera is completely normal. We usually do a few versions during the introductions. Most people start to relax a bit once the conversation begins.
How long does filming take?
The length of filming depends on the service package you choose and ranges from 3-5 hours.
Where does filming take place?
Usually at home or another comfortable, meaningful location of your choice. Our Signature Legacy Film and Heirloom Collection package allow for up to two different filming locations.
Can family members be involved?
Yes, family members can join in!
How long before we receive the finished video?
Our turnaround time is typically between 3–5 weeks after filming.
